Navigations for Hospitality Human Resource Management Research: Observing the Keywords, Factors, Topics under the COVID-19 Pandemic

The hospitality industry is one of the most affected by pandemic, and because its human close interaction labor-intensive characteristics, it has left Human Resource Management (HRM) puzzles with organizations’ stabilization recovery. This study aimed to summarize current research on HRM outcomes trends during COVID-19 pandemic. Utilizing PRISMA technique NVivo software, 102 articles were extracted analyzed highlight overall achievement movement under shadow crisis. Considering main purpose this study, which was show status prospects, findings indicated 309 free nodes 26 secondary based grounded theory. 7 key themes clustered from analysis include “environmental factors”, “industrial “HRM practice”, “organization”, “employee”, “external outcomes”, “methodology”. results demonstrated pandemic driven transformation. In addition, sheds light how responds shifting navigation within context conditions.
